"The customer service here is top notch. The staff went over and above to help me when I made a mistake on the reservation dates. We loved playing mini golf and the pool is beautiful. Wish we had brought swimsuits for the jacuzzi. Will return soon."

"The good: The pool is heated and the staff do an amazing job turning down the property getting the fire pits going in the main circle. The owners are extremely nice and the staff were always helpful! The rooms were extremely clean and smelled nice, too. The complimentary eye patches and mints were a nice touch in the rooms. The lounge was gorgeous and inviting. There is a trolley stop right outside of the property and they’re extremely dog friendly! Room for improvement: I would have liked the lounge where the complimentary coffee was stored to open at 7am as posted, though. The fire pits in the pool area were not turned on in the evening and the outdoor theater never played anything while we were there. I’m note sure if these would have been available by request as we didn’t ask. The towels at pool area were not always stocked and the parking lots and surfaces on pickleball court could have been blown off every morning or evening to clear the debris that was mounting up each day. All-in-all the property was one of the nicest in the area and located in a nice spot near downtown, restaurants, grocery store, and ice cream! The staff were helpful and sweet. The feel of the property was luxe and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would definitely stay again in the future!"

"We had the most amazing two night stay. We wish it would’ve been longer! The cabin is beautiful, all nestled in a secluded wooded area with a babbling brook within view of the cozy front porch. The interior is so clean, inviting and stocked with everything we needed. It’s obvious that the owners have put a lot of thought into everything to make their guests comfortable. Brittany was in communication with us the whole time, asking how we were doing. We didn’t have any issues at all. We came to Eureka Springs to celebrate my husband’s birthday and he said that the cabin was the highlight of his celebration. We are looking forward to coming back again!"
