"Hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests during our stay. Special thanks to Catherine, the Guest Relations Manager for responding to our complaints and upgraded our room. Also special thanks to Cedric, the restaurant manager for responding our breakfast request to my favorite Nespresso coffee flavor. Overall, we had a wonderful stay of 5 days. Not quite 5 star for amenities, but the friendly hotel services more than made up for the 5 star, especially the front desk staff, valet parking, concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping. Will recommend!"
"The breakfasts are really good with a lot to choose from. Patrick is great!!! The desk staff are all very helpful and nice. The room cleaning was done with great care and performed early daily after I went out. The location is near the center of Aix providing wonderful strolls to the cafe’s, restaurants, and museums. I would definitely stay here again. "
"Fantastic location, very clean, lots of old town charm, and the staff were wonderful. When we messed up our dates, they made it so that we could stay another night without changing rooms at the last minute. We’d stay here again!"
"The room was clean and bright, practical modern amenities for travelers, even clothes drying racks, kitchen with all essentials. Nice infusion tea and sweets in lobby. Comprehensive breakfast buffet with gluten and dairy free choices, fruits, eggs, meat, pastries, bread, yogurt. Very friendly and helpful front desk and dining area staff. "
Appart Hotel Odalys City Aix en Provence Les Floridianes
10/10 Excellent
"The location of this hotel is amazing. So close to the bus station, close to downtown. The hotel is also very clean and chic and the breakfast is also good. Overall I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others. It’s also unbelievable how quiet it is even though it’s close to the centre of the action during Christmas "
