The reception did not let me know or offer any help. There was no hair dryer in my room, and it took me over 30 minutes to finally get a good one. So overall, I don’t think the price is worth it」

「I stayed in a 'Garden Access' room during this trip, which features a fully accessible path suitable for individuals with disabilities—definitely a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the booking details indicated a room size of 16-22 m². The allocation between the bedroom and bathroom seemed quite unbalanced, approximately 30% to 70%, which was a bit surprising. Additionally, it’s important to note that 'garden access' refers to ground floor rooms. Just a heads-up for anyone considering...

「The room was large, which is astounding for Paris. The bathroom was very nicely appointed and what a great shower. The room servicing was top notch with them topping up the little extras such as water and coffee. The SPA was amazing, very clean and well maintained, we used the pool, hot tub and sauna, there is also a steam room and an exercise room which we didn't use, however, we did look at the facilities and they were really good. Breakfast, we had a few breakfasts at the hotel and each time...
