Hang out in the larger Main Residence by day, but enjoy the privacy and quiet of your own space by night. You'll be right in popular Maya Beach, within walking distance of bars and restaurants, a grocery store, and a car/golfcart rental agency.

Joya del Mar is a beautifully located vacation home with two private units - perfect for sharing between two couples or a family. The bigger Main Residence has a full kitchen, a king bedroom and a futon in the living room for a couple of younger kids. From an outdoor staircase you access the Upper Suite, a 1-bedroom with its own bathroom and small kitchenette. Being a separate entrance and with open railings, it's not suitable for kids but it's perfect for adults wanting to share a beach house but have plenty of privacy.

You'll have direct beachfront access to the public, but quiet, Maya Beach. Both the Upper Suite and Main Residence offer large balconies on the beach side, with non-stop views.

The futon in the Main Residence is not recommended for adults, but children and smaller teenagers should be comfortable.
