great location in town!

basic but simple. clean and the location was great, close proximity to bars restaurants and the best sandy beaches in placencia. we only had 1 night in this location but would definitely recommend!

This is NOT a resort which is why we enjoyed it. In a Belizean neighborhood block. Budget friendly, clean, centrally located and walkable…no vehicle required. Could use some updates and maintenance.

The place was very clean but the lock was not working well and the coffee machine was broken. We really appreciated the hamac.

FABULOUS STAY!!

very brief but fantastic location right in the heart of town, so close to great food places, live music!! really easy 5min walk to the best swimming section of the beach. really friendly hosts! Small but clean and comfortable!! towels were nice and not tatty! no air but lots of fans, slept really well!!
