「Lovely stay! Helpful staff! Only one person (female bartender) seemed to be having a bad day! She was on her phone when I approached, and proceeded to fling things around as she made our drinks. I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!」

「The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. There was a small table that was so wobbly that it couldn’t hold more than a couple of pounds. The bed felt like a boxspring with metal digging into your back all night. After this we...

「Would stay again, and 100% recommend. Fantastic location, makes everything in Placencia very walkable. Property was clean, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The chalk board welcome with our names was a nice touch. Toucan Jacks, while not a part of the property itself, is an outstanding adjacent business that makes time spent at the property very pleasant. The only complaint is that, at least during our stay, power outages were frequent and daily. They were, however, doing quite a bit...
