Convenient location, right by the beach and one of the main hangout spots in Placencia. The place is a little rustic but awesome beach vibes. Loved the hammock on the porch. The cabin where we stayed is right by the next door bar so it was noisy until midnight. The property managers made that very clear and offered to change our rooms but we stayed. We had live music both nights and the music was great so no complaints. The AC was cold, which was a huge plus. Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay on the beach.

Nice room with king bed and a kitchenette. Nice to have coffee and a refrigerator in the room. AC worked great! Staff was over the top and made me feel so welcome. I was on motorcycle and they even let me bring in property rather than leaving in a public parking lot blocks away. Great ocean view and great breeze every day. Only drawback and I didn’t find it to be. Barefoot bar right next door so music until about midnight. I was surprised… fell asleep easily and slept great… so like I said maybe not a drawback!

The staff was amazing. Shelly and Adriana were so accommodating, kind and considerate of our needs. I was there a week by myself as my daughter was on a dive trip and I felt very safe and secure. Santiago, kept the grounds clean and was very friendly and kind.

Very quaint property with attentive manager. AC worked wonderfully. Property is right on the water with a very small sandy beach. Barefoot bar is literally on the other side of the fence. Bring ear plugs if music bothers you at night; they close at midnight so not too late. My sister and I stayed here on the weekends during a two week stay in Belize. We were in three different rooms (3 weekends) and liked different things about each of them. All of the rooms had AC, microwave, mini fridge, and hammock with water view. Room 8 had an amazing view of the water and plenty of table space. Room 6 had a large bed. Room 3 had some counter and cooking space. Shelly, the manager, allowed us to leave luggage behind while we stayed on an island during the week. She was very helpful and was delightfully fun to talk to. This was a great place to cool down and get some rest after a day of sightseeing.
