「Lets start by saying this is an amazing property. My wife and I loved this cabin.The accommodations for this property are exactly as advertised. It's super clean, well stocked, and provides spectacular views of the surroundings mountains and valley. There are so my things to love about this place, but my absolute favorite feature is the deck that wraps around part of the cabin. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air and taking in the natural sights and sounds this area has to offer....

「We had an amazing time at this property in Ouray. The location was perfect- it was easy to get downtown or onto the perimeter trail. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. There is AC but even though it was hot outside, we never really needed it with the overhead fan and the breeze through the windows. I appreciated that the owners left us a lot of open space for our stuff (lots of hooks, closet space, etc.). Overall it was excellent!」

「We came for a quick weekend to scope out the area as a guest for an upcoming wedding next summer. The house was perfect and could have slept several more people! The views are spectacular and the hot tub was fabulous!」

The only minor issue is when arriving, there is another house immediately when you turn onto the property. We explored the MANY trails around the area and fell more in love with the western side of the San Juans. Helpful info to know: you are 38 miles (1 hour drive) from Dolores on dirt roads. The roads to/from Rico are not as maintained so the drive is over an hour. The distance didn't bother us, since the views are breathtaking either direction....
