Rating: 1/5 Stars I am writing this review to warn other travelers about the abysmal conditions I encountered during my recent stay. This was, without a doubt, one of the most poorly maintained and unsanitary hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was in a state of serious neglect. The cleanliness was non-existent: • The Bedding: The comforter was stained and visibly dirty. • The Fridge: The mini-fridge was disgusting, featuring long, dried stains on the exterior and a freezer interior that was coated in thick frost, food debris, and hair. • The Carpet: The flooring was stained and contained debris throughout the room. • Trash: We even found previous trash (a pack of used pills) wedged between the headboard and the mattress. Beyond the lack of cleaning, the maintenance of the room was a safety and quality concern. We found: • Broken and cracked lampshades. • Furniture propped up by a plastic cup rather than being properly repaired. • A messy, concerning setup of electrical cords and power strips behind the fridge, which appeared hazardous. I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel, but the state of the room was completely unacceptable for a paying guest. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

AC was great, room was older but ok. Walls are thin and if it wasn’t for the AC, the coughing and snoring in the next room kept me awake. Bed was a bit soft, bouncy and the springs would creak. No hair dryer. Trash from previous guest in the bathroom was not emptied. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok.

This is a great stay if you are planning a weekend trip or if you have a race in that area. We stayed here for the Canyons Endurance Run. It was close to the start/finish line.

This stay was unacceptable. The room was dirty and poorly maintained; stained carpet and bedding, a leaking and dirty fridge, dust and debris everywhere, and damaged fixtures. Under the bed and even at the bottom of the mattress there was visible trash. We couldn’t even sleep comfortably because of how unclean it was. It clearly was not properly cleaned or inspected before check-in. This falls well below basic hotel standards. I am requesting a refund and would not stay here again.

Smelled of cigarettes. I found a cigarette butt under my bed. The floor was yucky. There was no waste basket. Electric outlets did not work properly. The cooling unit did not work properly. The bathtub was clean and I did enjoy a bath.

It was clean but the first time I stayed there the room lights didn’t work we had to use the bed lights and the second time we stayed there the the room smelled like dog urine and the ac/heater unit control panel was broke u had to stick a pen in it to turn it on cause I wasn’t stickin my finger in there. Also the doors on the side buildings are all broke and don’t shut so security is basically limited to room anybody can walk inside the building with out goin to lobby

I made a reservation and when I arrived they said it had been canceled due to overbooking. This was a major inconvenience given it was late at night and snowing. They were not even apologetic. I was not impressed.
