"Our room was larger than we expected and very clean. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was terrific! Will stay here again."

"The staff was extremely accommodating. The facility is located perfectly for beach or shopping. The best hotel in the Venice area. Pool and hot tub are convenient and great facilities. Starting the day with complementary coffee and quick breakfast with welcoming staff creates a positive mood for the day. Knowing the concerns for safety and security, this resort wins across the board. Suzanne was treated like good family. Thanks for the vacation."

"Overall, hotel was not bad. I have stayed here three times now. The only thing I wasn't too pleased with this time was that there was a portable dehumidifier in my room. When I asked who is going to empty it each day, the woman at the front desk laughed and responded "you are!". You'd think that a hotel chain of this size would install dehumidification for the entire property, not for individual rooms with the expectation that the guests will empty them for you. Not a good look. This little issue won't stop me from staying there again."

"Great stay. Room was clean. There were roaches outside in laundry area but it's Florida so there are bugs. Was fine for 2 people to stay a week. We are from the area so we didn't use the pool but it is nice that Goodwill is across the street. Blu Bistro was just ok. Not really impressed."
