"This hotel is well -located (1 block from the beach, 5 mins from the center of town) and very clean. Nice touch to have a roof deck but wish I could have had drinks there. I appreciated the bottle of water everyday and the bed and a/c was very comfortable. Definitely will come back. Bon rapport qualité prix!"

"Super nice hotel we just were there for one night. We needed to stay close to the train station and it was perfect. The rooms were large very clean. Super nice family that runs the place and nice big bathroom with a spot up. We didn’t use the tub, but it was definitely really nice. "

"I booked a room for my friends having stayed there 11 months ago myself. They were very happy with the basic room they had, We met for breakfast which was very nice with many choice of fresh bread, pastries, pancakes. The hotel was very quiet being end of the seaside season and they offered many other suggestions of breakfast to choose from which normally are on display self-service but we were satisfied with our choice. "Superb stay. We loved it here; perfect for birdwatching with lots of diverse habitats in the local area. An easy walk into the local town which was extremley pretty with its old street and busy yacht harbour. Hosts were extremely friendly and we would love to return. "

"We have just enjoyed a week here with six adults and children aged 4, 2 and 1. The house was perfect for us with young children with cots, high chair, stair gate and changing table set up ready for us. The safe, enclosed garden meant the children could play safely. Having the children so well accommodated meant the adults could relax and enjoy themselves. Communication with M. Floch, the owner, and Madame Fleury who welcomes you to the house was excellent. The house is well equipped for self catering with everything you can possibly need. Piriac sur Mer is a great holiday destination with many great beaches within a ten minute walk from the house. Guérande is a delightful walled city nearby. Only five minute walk to the supermarket. Best rented house we ever stayed in -spacious and clean. We will definitely be coming back."
