“Trascorsi 15 gg. in una struttura con una vista sul mare eccezzionale. Comunicazione con Host buona con facilitazioni per orario nel chek-in e out. Soggiorno nel complesso buono anche se migliorabile in alcuni aspetti (pulizia, alcuni infissi che non si potevano aprire,piccole mancanze nella fornitura stoviglie)”

“La maison occupe le RDC de celle des propriétaires. Les photos publiées sur le site ne précisent pas complètement que la piscine est plutôt la leur. Nous n'y sommes allés que 2 fois en 15 jours. La semaine du 15 Août pendant notre séjour, les propriétaires étaient là avec leur famille. Ils sont cependant extrêmement gentils. Nous avons pu déguster les figues et les tomates du potager. Il me semble que l'annonce devrait être plus précise. La Sardaigne est magnifique et les Sardes toujours gentils……

“Es war hervorragend, hier Urlaub machen zu dürfen. Zum einen die Gegend, die unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen bietet und zum anderen die Ferienwohnung... es war komplett alles da, was man braucht. “Amazing location with amazing views of the coastline and sea. Pool was perfect and really good size with nice poolside areas. Location is rural but good restaurants within 20 mins walking distance and short drive to Bosa. Lovely street food takeaway and local supermarket which was super friendly and very busy with local people. Villa had nice shaded areas as it was very hot when we were there, would have benefited from air con being on over night but it was exceptionally hot whilst we were……

“Im Juni 2023 waren wir zwei Wochen vor Ort. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit individueller Original-Einrichtung aus den 60er-Jahren (endlich mal kein Ikea!). Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit! Wenige Stufen führen hinunter zu einem schönen Sandstrand. “Unser Urlaub war wunderschön und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und hat uns bereits vor unserer Reise kontaktiert und uns einige Tipps unterbreitet . Nachdem wir in Alghero am Flughafen unseren Mietwagen erhalten hatten , haben wir umgehend Frau Giuseppina kontaktiert , welche sich dann mit uns am Objekt getroffen hat um uns die Schlüssel der Wohnung zu übergeben. Holzfussboden im Bad durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen. Mehrfachstecker für Strom hing an der Dunstabzugshaube freischwebend herunter. Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine nach dem zweiten Tag, ohne Begründung, entfernt. Beleuchtung für die bei Bedarf zu nutzende Küche nur an der Dunstabzugshaube. Geschirrausstattung……

“Vielen lieben Dank an unsere Gastgeberin Maria! Auch wenn wir kein italienisch sprechen, konnten wir mit Hilfe des Übersetzers uns mit Maria verständigen. In Ihrer Wohnung haben wir uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Total liebevoll mit vielen Details eingerichtet, man sieht auf den ersten Blick wie viel Herz dahinter steckt. Top sauber, was für mich seeeeehr wichtig ist. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Mehrere Stände in der Nähe sind mit dem Auto problemlos zu……

Devi posteggiare lontano dal tuo alloggio Vuoi ombrellone e lettini in piscina? 10 euro l'ombrellone e 5 euro il lettino al giorno Ristorante pessimo: pizza cattivissima. Ho pagato 18 euro un piatto di spaghetti con le vongole già sgusciate. Mi sembra sia abbastanza ”

“Large airy apartment in great location for town centre and local small quiet beaches. Gabri and Terri were so welcoming and helpful. They thought of everything, even wine and bread on arrival. We loved Alghero, its friendly and helpful people, beautiful weather and everything within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back”

“Well appointed with everything you need, sea facing sun terrace has fantastic views across the bay. Easy parking outside and only a 15 to 20 minute walk along the seafront to the Centro Storico. All in all a great apartment”

“La casa è comoda perché si trova vicino al centro ed è circondata da negozi, ma abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio vicino casa, anche se questo sembra un problema comune in qualunque zona di Alghero. La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è ampio e spazioso e con la mia famiglia (moglie e due figli) siamo stati complessivamente bene. Comunque, l'appartamento necessita di qualche piccolo lavoretto di manutenzione e si nota che non è abilitato……
