"Pristine property and extremely helpful staff."

"I was attending a conference at the Plano Event Center. This hotel was an easy 6-8 min drive to the center. The hotel has an evening reception with free drinks and food . There are enough options to choose several meals. The breakfast is amazing as is the hotel restaurant and bar. I’ve stayed at this particular hotel twice, once two years ago and again just this weekend. It was wonderful both times! The price is perfect especially when you consider the amenities, the service and the cleanliness! "

"I want to let the manager aware of an employee that went above and beyond to assist me. I had just had surgery and I needed a wheele chair, the hotel didn’t have one. This wonderful kind lady named Norma I believe offered us her office chair and also assisted my daughter and I all the way into my room.Please let her know that I am truly appreciative for all her help. "The staff were nice. The room television and remote had issues and the property should have more available in house items for guest. There was coffee but no creamer, shampoo but no conditioner. I would suggest adding an ice machine as well as "
