「Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Everyone was kind and helpful,from the front desk to the room attendants. Breakfast was a plus. Will stay again when visiting Plant City. Rooms were recently renovated. Bed was confer table and so was the air conditioner. Only drawback was the elevator was so slow.」

「Breakfast was good. Parking good. Cons: - no elevator- we were there 3 days. We are 2 Friends visiting a cancer patient. We are 74 and 78, walking up and down stairs with 20 pound luggage was terrible. Anytime we wanted ice we had to go to a different floor (no ice on 3rd floor.). - no bottled water in the lobby. There was 2 refrigerators but none held bottled water because they were broken. We asked if any cold bottled was available and we were told no. - no room cleaning for 3 whole...

「My room was not cleaned the during my stay. My bed was not made & trash wasn't emptied. I told staff and they sent someone to clean my room. When I got back the only thing they did was change my towels.」
