The room was clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for anything more except maybe warmer weather so I could’ve enjoyed the gorgeous pool.

Stay was just good. I was able to check in an hour and a half early with no prior communication to the hotel of my arrival, which was awesome! I did need a touch up from house keeping for minor cleaning when I checked in. Housekeeping could work on their phone call skills and communication when a guest is calling them. I did not ask for a solution for this, but the streaming services were not available on our TV for some reason. But we had cable. Beds were comfy. Tiny balcony is nice. “No smoking on property” but do not fret, just not in rooms. You can smoke on your tiny balcony. I saw a housekeeper smoking at the entrance. Seems fine. Breakfast here was pretty awesome in my opinion, lots of good variety to choose from and lots of seating. I would recommend visiting the continental breakfast.

The first room that I stayed in, had a stain on the couch that was so large that it definitely had me concerned about the cleanliness of the room. The beds sheet was turned inside out, which had me questioning whether or not it was clean or just turned over. However, I found every other area to be incredibly clean. The housekeeping staff is great. I just feel from a management perspective. They should switch out that couch or have it steam cleaned because first impressions are everything and it most definitely sets the tone of questioning the cleanliness. Upon my second visit a week later I stayed in a room that had a musty smell from the ducts, likely because it needs a new filter. Again, the rooms were very clean so it’s not related to the housekeeping. I would definitely recommend the hotel because the beds are incredibly comfortable! The staff was friendly. It was a good value for the money.

The people that works, there were very polite did not like the fact that the bar was under renovation by the pool and the pool really didn’t have that much excitement, but the room was very nice spacious and remodeled we will definitely come back

Our stay was fine other than the issue with the tv. First night we arrived we could only hear the tv, but could not view the picture/ show. The next day someone did come to our room to assist but still only 4 channels available to view. With the amount of money spent for the weekend at this hotel. I felt and feel that this is an issue that needs to be addressed ASAP.

Expedia stated there was a shuttle to Busch Gardens and we were disappointed to find out that it was no longer running. So we then had to get an early check-in for a fee and pay for parking. We didnt want to leave all of our bags in the parking lot at Busch gardens. Hotel was pretty good but the restaurant and bar were not open either. I probably would not stay her again unless the shuttle is back.
