“Car parking, first you need to park in the road, then check in & then move your car to the car park after reception opens the gate which is not too quickly !! We checked in but were not given the wi-fi password and there is no information in the room so we had to return to reception. Breakfast - we were not told we needed to pre-reserve although the waiter did let us eat ”

“Lovely staff and great location. But needs renovation and maintain, not even the lift was working, windows are cracking and the pool was half empty…. A pity”

“We turned up. No-one there ... Got to speak to a lady. Agreed to cancel with no charge. Expedia took the money anyway.”
