“Zivan was an amazing host. Even though we reached late at night at nearly 10 PM, he was awake to welcome us in help us with the bags, unloading the car, etc. The next day we visited the national park and he gave us a detailed itinerary, which otherwise would not have found online or anywhere, else, it was his own secret itinerary, which was indeed fantastic. We had the best visit of the park and I cannot thank him enough for guiding us so well. on the checkout also he was very helpful and all in……

“This is a nice family run location. The room was great, very clean. The hostess was very nice, I arrived late in the night and she accommodated my arrival time. The view from the room is excellent with a clear view of the ocean and the castle located right there, be sure to ask about its history! And watch out for the strong bura wind outside.”

“This flat is in close proximity to the lakes and worked well for our young family (2 adults + 2 children). The flat was very clean and functional. I read the other reviews regarding the small size of the flat and factored this in. I would suggest a maximum of 3 adults (or 4 people if children included); it would definitely be too small for 6 people, there would be no space for any belongings or even to walk around. The host was communicative regarding check in and also an item that we left……

“Sehr angenehm, schöne Wohnung mit Superausblick aufs Meer, bekam sogar die Garage zugewiesen und sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter.”

“We had stayed at this property six years ago - and returned a second time . It is in a great location and the rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms . The kitchen is small but impressively well stocked and has all the amenities you would want to cook in instead of going out to dinner every night . I would recommend and definitely stay there again!”

“Grundlegend hat man keinen Grund sich zu beschweren, wenn dann ist das Meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und stehen einem immer hilfreich zur Seite. Check in und out verliefen absolut reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und bietet viel Platz. Der herrliche Balkon mit dem Blick aufs mehr und den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen entschädigt für die laute und vielbefahrene Straße. Wenn man einen Kritikpunkt anbringen möchte, dann wäre es ausschließlich das schlechte……

“We have had a wonderful time at the house and enjoyed the hospitality, beautiful view and scenery. The only nuisance were the many wasps visiting the pool during very warm sunny days. The owners were helpful in solving this, but still restricted the use of it during parts of the day. ”

“The house is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The location is in the mountains, you can make excursions if you wish. The seaside is about 20 min by car.”

“Wir waren dort mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen. Platz war ausreichend, eine Küche mit allen nötigen Materialien und eine sehr schöne Außenanlage mit Pool. Der Preis war nicht zu teuer und sauber war es auch. Die Vermieterin war auch eine sehr nette Frau, die uns toll empfangen hat. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.”

“Wir waren die ersten Gäste von Gulijano, dem Gastgeber. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet, supersauber und aufmerksam hergerichtet. Moderne Ausstattung und sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse. Auch Regentage waren somit kein Problem. Richtig schöner großer Garten, unser Hund hat sich sehr gefreut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren 3-5 km entfernt. Die nächste Restaurants etwas weiter. Der Nationalpark und die Seen sind auch nicht weit. Wir würden wieder kommen.”

"Very welcoming hosts and they gave us good information about the Plitvick and flixbus information. Very cosy room with good WiFi, shower. Excellent delicious breakfast (€10), very nice dinner with good price. As the previous reviewer said, no need to go somewhere to take breakfast or dinner. (No lunch service) 45 minutes to walk to entrance 2 with ordinary pace. The nearest flixbus station is about 12 minutes walk. We got off wrongly on entrance 1, where the taxi insisted charging €15, Uber calling failed many times. "
