This property doesn't offer shampoo or conditioning for the shower. The shower stall isn't too grate, it is very small and water can get everywhere. Also, they do not supply pool towels, but you can rent them from there and you have to pay extra for WIFI...not very good as I thought I was paying for ALL inclusive. The drinks aren't that good either and the A/C only worked once for the 8 day staying. The people that work there is the best thing, but I'd stay there again.

Hyggeligt hotel for familien med mindre børn og for par i alle aldre. For teenager unge sker der sikkert for lidt i området. Meget fredeligt sted kun 5 min. gang fra stranden, hvor det er fint at bade. Man skal dog være forberedt på, at der er sten på stranden, men der er rigtig fint der. Maden er fint varierende med græske retter - meget fint i forhold til hvad vi forventede af et 2 stjerners hotel. Hyggelige terrasser at spise ved små borde. Personalet var rigtig søde og meget servicemindede.

Staff,food and rooms all great. Quiet location ideal for a relaxing holiday, 2 lovely clean pools with plenty of sunbeds No clubs or nightlife in village so if this is what you want it would be better to stay in a busier resort such as Platanias.

Good value, good spot as a base for holiday

Overall a good stay, friendly staff and good value. The area in particular isn't ideal if you don't have a car - as not much around, but location in terms of the island is ideal as it's between chania town and the nice beaches, balos, fallasarna etc. It has a nice natural Greek feel in its surroundings. Restaurant wasn't fantastic but was all free so wasn't complaining

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med god mat och fantastisk personal. Det ligger dock i en väldigt liten by så vill man trängas på den populära agia marina stranden, shoppa och festa måste man åka buss.

Good hotel for quiet vacation. Food is okey but you will get slightly bored after few days so you will go out and eat few times for sure. It's quite easy to get around without car as the buss service is not bad at all to platanias & chania. People at the hotel are very nice and helpful. We liked and enjoyed our stay.

Bello, ma come base per muoversi

La formula all inclusive non fa per noi, quindi può darsi che il nostro giudizio sia in parte distorto. Personale gentilissimo, albergo in buone condizioni, la località è ottima per andare altrove (Balos, Elafonisi, ecc.) ma non certo per restare sul posto.

Hotellet var rent, komfortabelt, venligt personale. Blev opgraderet til superior værelse, som er ligesom på billederne. Hotellet ligger i tavronitis som er den 'yderste'by langs chania kysten. Her er stenstrand.

hotel di piccole dimensioni e buona cucina

Premesso che eravamo in 2 adulti + 2 bambini. Partendo purtroppo dalla spiacevole sorpresa di vederci non riconosciuta la nostra prenotazione da parte del personale dell'hotel, e dopo aver dovuto soggiornare per una notte in un appartamento unico disponibile e non corrispondente a quanto da noi prenotato, i giorni seguenti siamo stati finalmente accomodati nella camera tipo maisonette da noi confermata. Il soggiorno è stato gradevole nel suo complesso. Personale molto carino e disponibile (soprattutto Eva della reception). Pulizia sufficiente...pecca: la domenica non fanno servizio di pulizia della camera!. Ambiente rimodernato e di spazi limitati pertanto consigliato a famiglie in quanto si possono tener sotto controllo facimente i bambini. Localizzazione ottimale in quanto fuori dal caos ma altrettanto vicino ai prinicipali luoghi turistici cittadini e migliori spiaggie di creta quali Elafonissi e Balos (comunque serve auto)! Ottimo il cibo con pietanze sia locali che internazionali, sempre calde ed abbondanti. Unica pecca il servizio tavoli....manca sempre o il tovagliolo di carta (che bisogna poi chiedere o rubare ad altri tavoli) o le posate. Sevizio all-inclusive un po' deludente per quanto riguarda gli snack (c'erano solo sandwic con prosciutto fettina di formaggio e verdure) per il resto ok anche considerato il rapporto qualità prezzo. Se dovessimo tornare a Creta questo hotel potrebbe sicuramente essere di nuovo la nostra scelta.

Buona posizione, ma i servizi non tanto

Punti positivi: Nel complesso l'hotel è carino, si mangiano cibi cucinati bene e salutari, soprattutto molti piatti tipici cretesi, anche se gli snack e drink offerti durante il giorno, previsti nella formula all-inclusive, sono scarsi. Comunque si trova in un'ottima posizione tra le spiagge e i centri più animati per chi ama la vita notturna. Prenotando per tempo si ottiene un buon rapporto qualità prezzo Punti negativi: la televisione doveva avere il satellite ma si vedevano solo 5 canali cretesi, e nessuno canale internazionale. Anche se stavamo poco in camera, questo comunque non era piacevole. Gli asciugamani non sembravano molto puliti. La domenica non effettuano la pulizia della camera, ma questo avviene in tutta l'isola Il personale non è del tutto professionale... manca un pò di esperienza e rigore forse... L'ultimo giorno, dato che avevamo il volo alle 21, abbiamo chiesto di poter tenere la camera fino alle 17:00, senza cambio biancheria ovviamente. La camera era disponibile ma avremmo dovuto pagare 20 euro solo per il disturbo. Una delusione

attention votre chambre ne sera pas faite le dimanche repos pour le personnel!sinon bonne qualité des buffets,en 15 jours nous n'avons pas eu les memes plats.literie confortable,propreté parfaite,piscine tres sympa,mer a 100m plage de galets mais très agreable car pas bondée.Sinon pour se ballader il faut absolument louer une voiture!!! hotel parfais pour visiter la crete coté ouest.
