Hotel staff were excellent in particular customer relations who organised a special cake for a seven year olds birthday and were always on hand to help. A free room upgrade and good selection of food on offer all day. Would recommend and would stay here again.

A very comfortable hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. On arrival, my wife and I were given VIP treatment. The hotel is ideal for a family. The slight downside is that meals are buffet-style, hence they are not served hot.

The service is excellent. The property is recently refurbished and the freshness of interior and exterior design shine through. The food is decent and there is a good variety. Our rooms and staff were amazing . The staff was super friendly . Our room was clean and renovated.The only area I would step up is the food for the a la carte restaurants. It was still a buffet and food was not good. Drinks were very syrupy and not good quality .

Amazing hotel – perfect for families with kids!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were not only professional but also super friendly and helpful. It’s clear they really care about their guests and go the extra mile to make your stay special. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and stylish. We were given a great introduction and a little tour of the facilities, which was really helpful, especially with kids. The food was delicious – lots of variety every day, always fresh, and plenty of options for both adults and kids. The kids loved every moment – from the fun daily activities to the amazing water park, which was one of the highlights of the trip. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with different areas for relaxation, swimming, and play. There was always something to do, yet it still felt relaxing. Whether you’re looking to unwind or keep the kids entertained from morning to night, this hotel strikes the perfect balance.

This property was ok, there was nothing overly wrong with the property which is set up for brits wanting a British holiday abroad. Food options are very standard, with limited Greek food and mostly catered to British tastes. Having said that the days we did eat at the property there is plenty to choose from, just nothing really authentic. The Salad bar was very comprehensive and good though. For an all inclusive we arrived late evening and dinner stopped at 2200 and there was very limited food available a few snacks and a sandwich but nothing for a vegetarian. Staff weren’t accommodating with locating any nearby options for dinner. The hotel is really set up as a place to stay all day with nothing nearby worth seeing, however we had a car and could explore the island from this location and parking was easy at the hotel. The room was ok, we paid for a sea view balcony and could just about see some of the sea, a more accurate description would be partial sea view, however was kept clean and was serviced daily.

Nice hotel although not quite 5 stars. The room were small, bathroom tiny as no space to put any toiletries. Food was good and varied. Pool good size and good activities during day however the children’s night entertainment was quite poor! Just the same old children disco. Bathroom was quite run down and looked dirty.

Das Zimmer war sauber und wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und fleißig. Das Blick aufs Meer war wunderschön und die Anlage ist absolut familienfreundlich. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig.Das einzige Manko finde ich ist der Strand. Wir hatten sehr viele Algen und durch das Gestein war es nicht so gut ins Meer zu gelangen, was aber mit Wasserschuhen kein Problem war. Der aufgeschüttete Sandstrand bei an den Liegen war nicht so schön, da ich den Eindruck hatte kleine Betonsteinchen darunter gemischt sind. Also der Strand war nicht so optimal und ist für Kinder nach meiner Meinung nicht geeignet. Ansonsten war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder empfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer/Balkon sind klein aber fein,einige Gerichte (und Bıer) sind völlig in Ordnung nun sehr viel Convenience-Food, Tetrapack-Weımn aus dem Spender fınde ıch beı 5 ☆ eıne Zumutung. Keın Ouzo ım Restaurant ın Griechenland (man kann von der Bar selber holen) finde ich auch lächerlich. Nachmittags am Beach-Buffet immer das gleiche, Gyros und Burger haben fast alle nach dem ersten Biss wegen sehr niedriger Qualität weggeschmissen. Das Wasser bei den Automaten (die teilweise sehr schmutzig sind) ist leider nicht brauchbar. Der Boden um Pool-Bar und Möbel sind sehr schmutzig. F & B sollte sich überlegen ob dieser Sparkurs dem Unternehmen langfristig gut tut.

Trots många minus så hade vi roligt

Dåligt att vissa saker som slash kostar när man har köpt all-inclusive. Mycket smutsig strand och äckligt vatten. Vindarna var så starka så halva vår vistelse var röda flaggan uppe. Dåligt med personal och bemanning, ibland fick man torka bord och duka borden själv då personalen var stressade. Det som var positiv var variationen av maten, mycket att välja på. Stora och fina pooler med vatten land till alla åldrar.

Oppholdet var helt fantastisk!! For oss var maten litt for smaksløs og lite krydret. Skulle gjerne sett mere sauser til kjøtt, youghurter og smoothies. Tacoen var ikke god, så her har de en liten jobb å gjøre. Men alt i alt : anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste! En av de beste feriene jeg og mannen min har hatt🙏
