"From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! "New property in Chania … exceptional facility and staff … superb FIVE star experience Enjoyed the experience immensely, even though they had been open for only a few months … they delivered an exceptional experience. We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. The facilities: 3 swimming pools with excellent seating, gym: state of the art, and multiple restaurants were exceptional. Thank you Marriott Chania"
