「Friendly and welcoming staff who speak good English and were quick to respond via message prior to our stay. Great location and plenty of nearby free parking. The room was stylish however not much space for luggage/items. Although the room came with a kettle and pod espresso machine, it was disappointing that the coffee pods were not replenished, and even the cups and sauces were not replaced after being clearly used. 「Wow! Great breakfast and had a great reasonably priced dinner at the restaurant. Really good place to stay only a few blocks off the beach!」

「Hotel is beautiful and bartender was a nice, older gentleman. Beach view impeccable! The front desk staff however with the exception of Paula were just dry. Not friendly or inviting. At one point there were 3 of us waiting to check in and a women sitting behind the desk continued her paper work. Customer service should always come 1st.」

「Beautiful, small, and well maintained. Casa Vincke is located very close to the beach and delightful bars and restaurants. Check in was very easy (for those used to boutique hotels without a formal front desk), and check out was perfectly easy as well. Will definitely be returning.」

「The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited in the donning room for 20 minutes for assistance, but we had to leave because we were ignored. Our room smells bad, and they said nothing could be done—very poor customer service. 」

「Average stay with dishonest staff. We booked a double room (1 double bed for 2 people), but were given a twin room (2 single beds for 2 people) instead. When we raised this with staff, they said the hotel only had twin rooms, but we then noticed that one of the rooms being cleaned was a double room! Two other things that were quite bad: (1) the swimming pool is very small and has very few seats next to it, and (2) the vending machine will take your money and won’t give you what you paid for」

「Outstanding location with a very unique vibe. Great staff, super clean and high up enough that most loud visitors do not come near. Only downside is no parking and it it tricky to find on foot.」
