"Only looking for a bed for the night so it did the job. Clean and comfortable beds but place was very run down. No shower in bathroom, no way to deadlock door and the fact the bathroom door lock was dodgy and I got locked in were the worst issues"

"The hotel is lovely. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Our room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bee shaped chocolates on the bed was a nice touch. The only downside was the noisy pub/bar opposite the hotel on Oxford Road, the music didn’t stop till 3am. Although this has nothing to do with the hotel, it is worth bearing in mind if you’re a light sleeper as the windows are not insulated enough to keep the noise out. "
