I have been traumatized by this..... The smell of mold and mildew in the lobby and the rooms condition: the door leading to outside with its two-inch gap under it letting who knows what in and the dirty conditions, wow. I have pictures and it's not pretty. We were very lucky to get into another nicer and very clean room for the 4 days that we needed and some very close friends with great hospitality. There was a Bass fishing tournament on Lake Champlain, and it was hard to find more than one night at a time.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was clean, quite large (I was pleasantly surprised) and it was very quiet. The front desk staff could have been a little more enthusiastic. The price was also a big win. The exterior of the hotel could use a facelift but I would stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and understanding. Though, the rooms were awful. Very dirty. Broken furniture. Various bugs everywhere. Did not make it even an hour before we packed up and left.

We were only staying one night to catch an early flight in Plattsburgh. It’s old and cheap to stay, but the room was clean. Beds and everything is old like it’s been there since it opened. I would say that you get what you pay for.

​I came to town to visit my brother, but this stay was a nightmare. The lack of basic cleanliness is appalling. The carpet was filthy, and there was hair in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. It looks as if the room hasn't had a deep clean in months, with dirt accumulated in the corners and a heavily stained bathtub. ​To make matters worse, the amenities are broken. The remote didn't work, and there was no cable TV as advertised. Staying here was a massive mistake. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that actually values hygiene and guest experience.

The room was not what it looked like in the picture, although it had a jetted tub, the jet were filthy, the beed sheets had small stains, the room had no bottle water. The heat worked really. If the room was cleaned the way it was supposed to be our stay wouldn't have been bad.
