the room was dirty in bad condition with stains on bathroom ceiling dirt on carpets computer chair under desk spider webs on ceilings and the infestion of bugs outsside of the room as you enter the front door. my companion brought 4 of them on his shirts an shorts into the room and had to be flushed in toilet . i was worried about bringing them home with me. the only good thing about the room is the air conditioner it works great but the rest is awful beds included.this whole property need a big upgrade . they advertize things that they dont even provide the pool is closed also and after coming back after a very hot day we looked forward to going for a swim and found out it was closed . false advertizing is not good karma fool me once you wont fool me again will never stay here again.

Carpet was filthy. No smoking room was permeated with smoke smell. The mattress slanted to one side. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. The breakfast was rudimenntary. Guests seem to congregate and socialize outside the rooms in the evening, not loud or disruptive, but the place was littered with beer cans and bags of refuse from take out restaurants every morning.

Il y avait des gens bruyant dehors, la porte ne semblait pas fermer de façon sécuritaire (je voyais dehors en bas, et la chaîne de sécurité était plutôt décorative que utilitaire), la dame ne trouvait pas ma réservation alors qu'elle l'avait derrière elle sur le comptoir (il y en avait juste 2 en plus derrière elle). The pool was not open as advertised and the room was in extremely poor condition. The phone was completely unusable, the ironing board was broken, there were holes in the walls, and the entire room smelled like smoke, despite the fact that I booked a nonsmoking room.

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. We were traveling and decided to stop for the night. We asked for a non-smoking room, but we didn't get one. The room smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. There were no pillows on the bed, only cushions, and the sheets didn't smell good either. There were 4 of us and there were only towels and bed linen for 2 people. The breakfast was very basic. The room was very old and we saw spider webs and a lot of dust in the hallway. I must admit that I was very disappointed with the stay.
