The bedding was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Very friendly staff and a nice breakfast including waffles and eggs and bacon. The tv remote did not work though, so it needed to be changed two times. Also, the pool is under going treatment for what looked like algae growth.

Pool was ice cold. Pool had no towels and front staff didn't know where they were kept. All three garbage bins in room were full of garbage from previous guest. Breakfast was very good.

I called ahead to ask about the pool and hot tub it's the main reason we were staying there I was told the pool was warm enough. It was ice cold and filthy icky green stuff all over the sides of the pool I was soo disappointed. The hot tub wasn't warm when we got there but it did get better later. The staff was excellent no complaints about them. The room was nice and the bed was great

Basic overnight accommodation, but nothing special. Front desk were indifferent, but the lady who cleans the breakfast room was fun. Breakfast is only served until 9am, which seems too early an end time for travelers. We almost missed it before rushing down to fill a couple of plates before they shut it down.

My stay at Days Inn Platsburgh was a bit unnerving in terms of cleanliness. I observed how dusty the room was upon entry. I later noticed what looked like mold on the walls. The bedding and towels were clean so too was the bathroom. I enjoyed the simple breakfast. The kitchen attendant was very attentive and made sure the dining area was stocked. The equipment in the small gym did not work. But if you just need to get something done during your stay, one elliptical and some dumbbells are there for you. Taking all factors into account, it's sufficient to get some rest, cleaned up and have breakfast.

Girstly, the desk staff and breakfast staff were wonderful: knowledge, friendly, and helpful. The hotel lobby was very nicely decorated, neat, and clean. The hallways and elevator area were rather run down: chipped corners, scuff marks, not very clean looking, aged. Our room was also in need of some updating. The carpet was stained and the beddi g had a strange and unpleasant odor. I can't identify it but it didnt smell clean. The bathroom: there was no soap at the sink, only a moisturizer dispenser, and the drain wasn't functioning. We brought this to the attention of the owner and they sent someone to deal with it while we were away durthe day. The showere

Staff were very hard working and extremely friendly and kind. Hotel has not been maintained (old stained furniture, damaged window curtains, not pleasant scent), Wyndham needs to invest in new furniture and renovate the entire hotel. There is an amazing swimming pool and a hot tub, but the ceiling in the area is rusty and it looks not clean due to chipped paint. I was very disappointed, will not come back and do recommend this hotel. Staff working there deserve a better environment. Thank you

The pool and the buffet dining area were good. It was nice to have a workout gym there, although I did not use it. The room was as expected. While the overall stay was good, there were a few minor facility issues that hopefully will be addressed by management.

This was a last minute stay for us. It Was a wonderful place to stay..had a delicious breakfast with a lot of options ! AC kept room nice and cool, BUT ours was leaking and floor was soaked near it. That's the only reason I'm not giving all 5 stars. Other than that was a great stay ,everything was clean, the pool was a great way to relax and hotel was close to restaurants! There was also a game room to kill some time
