property was ok. more option in breakfast needed. they advertise that they have a pool and then they sent the message in the morning that "our pool is out of service during your stay period, if you would like to cancel". we were already on the way and when i looked at the pool area it looked like it was closed off and in no way any condition close to renovate from a long time at-least 2 years period. so why would they falsely advertise online that they have pool area that we can use during our stay. my kids were very much looking forward to the pool.

The hotel staff was nice. But the room was old and smelly. We asked for the room change and they gave us a better room. Overall the hotel was old. We heard noisy from above our room all night. We won't come back this hotel or hotel chain.

The hotel hallway floors and carpets in hallways were dirty from not being cleaned, stains, sticky floors especially 2nd floor; had a hallway ceiling leak outside my door that was dripping into a large trash can. I alerted the front desk clerk that it was close to over-flowing. Clerk acted surprised about the leak and appeared to be bothered that I brought it to her attention.

Our toilet was dirty with No 2 when we got to the room. I told the from desk lady about it but they did not took care of the problem. The next day I told another lady in from desk and she send somebody to take care right away.

Poorly maintained hotel. Our room had a broken window. We asked for a crib before we arrived and they provided a broken one. The elevator wasn't working on the first night. The vending machine and ice machine were not working on our floor. They remotely shut down the AC at night... but breakfast was very good and the bed were confortable. Won't be returning to a Laquinta hotel.

The room was not swept, found a dried up contact on the floor as well as a couple deceased bugs right in the entrance of the room. The water was luke warm and the blow dryer did not work.

I was very disappointed!! We checked in very late and were tired so had no choice but to stick with our room. We wanted to shower, there was one bath towel so we had to call for more, I had to use my cell phone because the phone in room was not working! There was mold in tub area, the floor was dirty in every corner. The water pressure was terrible in shower. The blow dryer was not working! The sink would take forever to drain. The matress cover had stains on it! The lamp shade had gross brown stains all over. The head board had smear marks of G knows what! The carpet was filthy! I noticed other rooms had no carpet. We must of been given the work at room! The furniture was banged up. The microwave was old and had a bad smell. The night table was missing knobs! The pool and hot tub was out of order and we were not told ahead of time! I took pictures and videos for proof! There was a lot of noise coming from parking lot where our window faced. The breakfast had watery eggs with grey sausages it was gross! I expect some sort of compensation! This was an awful experience!

First hotel that we didn’t have any issues with wi-fi was a real plus. They’re in a process of renovating the building. Inside was very clean. Staff were hard workers and friendly. Our room on the first floor could be updated, but it was comfortable. Price was great compared to other hotels in the area.

Elevator spa and pool broken or out of service. 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. People randomly left garbage on my truck in parking lot. People partying outside in parking lot at 10 pm noisy.Weirdo guy with yellow sneakers walking in circles around parking lot at all hours it seems gives creepy vibes. This hotel sucks.
