"This place is beautiful. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here to visit my son and grandson. It has everything you need. The location is in walking distance to all the great downtown restaurants and shops. It’s quiet, the kitchen has everything, comfortable beds, a tv in every room, nice deck, great communication with property contacts if you need anything. I highly recommend it."

"Decent place except the sofa was stained and wore down. Very noise furnace right in the bedroom. Didn’t help with sleeping. Staff and breakfast were excellent. Bathroom also had old peeling paint which was not very appealing. Pool water temp a little chilly and very salty/chlorine levels may have been off."

"We were sent amazing detailed info on how to get into the condo and parking, well before our trip. The old town was all dazzled up for the holidays. The zoo, Lauritzen Gardens and the Durham Museum were all very close. Driving around was very easy. The condo was stunning and a lot of thought went into comfort. The hosts were quick to communicate. "Good location, quiet, plenty of room. The dryer was nice feature to have since Omaha was soaking wet the entire weekend and clothes needed drying out. The other special feature is the walk-in shower. Note that the beds are VERY soft, so if you need a firm mattress, you will be disappointed. The back yard was useful, but note that it is a short, chain-linked fence that may be a problem for an athletic dog, especially if distracted by the street traffic that can be viewed from the west side....

My husband is skeptical of home rentals but was so impressed with this one- especially the location! We played yard games outside and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. It was a wonderful weekend!!!
