"This lovely hotel, in the tiny, unpretentious village of Drake Bay, was wonderful. I am an amateur wildlife photographer. The manager gave me Room 1, with an enormous window that looks out onto a guarumo tree. In this tree arrived, in turn, a toucan, a pair of aracaris, tanagers, tityrus, caracaras, golden-naped woodpeckers, multiple iguanas, hummingbirds - it was simply incredible. I took the best pictures I've ever taken. The pool and the bar are nice, and everyone is friendly. Just one thing: you will be waking up early. The woodpeckers and howler monkeys will take care of that. "

"Rooms and facilities were gorgeous, of course! Good very expensive. Pool was divine - sunny and shady areas, infinity edge, two hot tubs!! Sloth Garden Tour was the best ever! Lots of wild sloths, fabulous guides who help yo take iPhone photos with their scopes!! Great private truck tour - guide Katherine knew where everything lives, and took us right to them. Not much walking, exciting spotting, excellent photos!! Fishing tour through Botanika was much better than one we booked in town. Expensive for a private charter, but we caught 2 Needlefish and several Jack. Really exciting day!! "

"The hotel is in the beach, a 4 minute walk from town. They cremated tours to cano island and Corcovado national park, which was super convenient. They arranged a fun evening for all the guests on Christmas Eve. The staff are superb. "

"Nice large clean room with balcony overlooking tropical vegetation. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast choices were good and enjoyed the nice clean pool. Good location in Drake Bay, within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach."

"Our stay was beyond our expectations! The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The property was absolutely stunning. Our bungalow was perfect, clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed being disconnected from the outside world and amercing ourselves in nature. The hiking trails, animals and beautiful ocean was truly a gift. Thank you to Joel, Olga and Henah! We will be back! "
