“Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Schöne Finca mit pool, der täglich gereinigt wird. Manchmal etwas laute Hintergrundgeräusche von der Autobahn und einem Recyclinghof, an die man sich aber schnell gewöhnt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.”

“Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist zweifellos sehr gut, und das Anwesen selbst ist gut strukturiert und ausgestattet. Leider enden hier die positiven Aspekte. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig und trübt den Gesamteindruck erheblich. Beim Betreten der Wohnung fiel sofort auf, dass nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Staub und Schmutz waren an mehreren Stellen sichtbar, und auch in der Küche und im Bad fehlte es an der notwendigen Hygiene. Dies ist besonders enttäuschend, da das Objekt an sich……

“The property is lovely in a nice peaceful location, only a short drive from Alcudia and the port of Pollenca, with loads of bars and nice restaurants. The town itself is amazing, typically Spanish, beautiful square with Tapas bars and restaurants. The villa has ample landscaped gardens with a large pool built in barbecue. You will have an amazing holiday if you choose to stay here. Paco the host was incredible helpful and check in and departure were smooth and trouble free. 5 star holiday”
