"Beautiful hotel with a calm and tranquil atmosphere. All staff very pleasant and polite. The only issue was the food could be quite boring on certain nights, other nights it was spectacular! "

"Ridiculous reservation system for the hotel restaurants. It simply does not work. Always says everything is fully booked and tables are empty. People make reservations and they don't use them. Doesn't say a lot about the kind of people that stay here."

"Swimming pool was excellent and large. Hotel clean and staff efficient. Not many amenities on-site with only one restaurant and one bar so limited. "

"We love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly staff, amazing entertainment staff and kids club staff, great location. Hotel is a bit dated now and could do with a revamp but another great stay! "

"Staff at front desk can be rude. Daily cleaning of room was poor. 1st room assigned to us was facing the rubbish bin collection point so balcony was unusable as it stunk of rubbish and wehn asked for room change staff rolled their eyes. Food choices were poor if you dont like sea food. "

"Great location in playa de Las Americas close to the beach and shops. Gated access to unit. Great communication by host. Very spacious 3 bed, 2 bath unit with plenty of room. Would stay again! Highly recommend. "
