“Un petit hotel au calme sur les hauteurs de Guïmar, dans une ancienne ferme. La vue sur l'ocean et l'ile de la Grande Canarie au loin etait juste fantastique. Un seul bemol, les rues sont etroites, il est mieux d'avoir un petit vehicule. Les proprietaires cubains font aussi restaurant. Ils etaient en vacances pendant notre sejour et le restaurant etait fermé mais la carte semblait allechante. “This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties……

“I was a single traveller. The room i was given was large, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. For the price i paid, i found it was good value for money - everything i needed was there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me. “Posto onesto e semplice. Se ti serve una camera doppia per 1/2 notti e' perfetto. Su Expedia ho trovato il prezzo più basso. La camera ha un letto comodo un appendiabiti artigianale e un tavolo pieghevole con una sedia. La finestra da sull'interno ma si può chiudere con la tenda per la privacy, ci sono due ragazze che lavorano facendo check in e pulendo le camere, onore a loro. I bagni maschili erano puliti ma serve qualche intervento di sostituzione o pulizia del telefono delle docce. Sul tetto……

“We were upgraded to an Ocean View Suite and it was superb. The views were amazing. It was my birthday while there and we came back to our room to find a balloon, Cava and chocolate, it was a lovely surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful.
