Nous avons du changer de chambre puisque le bain tourbillon ne fonctionnait pas ninles lumiere , dans la nouvelle il ont du changer la television puisque cela ne fonctionnait pas . Etablissement tres usager. Mais personnelle gentil . Nous etions la 1 seul nuit donc plutot desagreable .

No me gusta que pidan un depósito de 500 pesos para entrar, entiendo todas las justificaciones quedan, pero me incomoda que tengan que ir a ver que todo esté bien en la habitación antes de liberarte, no soy un delincuente y no me gusta que me traten como si lo fuera, en general, no he tenido incidente con ellos en las tres veces que me he hospedado, pero en efecto, no es nada cómodo el acoso

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado, el personal fue amable y servicial, en la primer habitación que nos dieron no funcionaba la tele ni el aire acondicionado, así que al día siguiente nos cambiaron y no tuvimos ningún problema, es una excelente opción para hospedarse! Regresaría sin duda.

This botique has a nice location. and is very safe. The rooftop pool is nice however the cleanliness is so so and the breakfast was no options just given a plate. This is still a decent place to sleep and use for visiting the area.

Guter Urlaub Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend Restaurationen. An sich waren die Zimmer echt schön, modern und stylisch möbiliert, va der Jakuzzi im der Master Suite war toll. Es gab einen Balkon mit 2 Sitzen und einem kleinen Tisch. Es wurde aber trotz Trinkgeld an die Zimmermädchen nie richtig geputzt- man konnte froh sein, wenn es mal frische Handtücher gab. Leider mussten wir 3 mal frische Handtücher und ein mal Toilettenpapier bei der Rezeption holen gehen, da nichts gemacht wurde (trotz Schild, dass geputzt werden muss). Wäre das nicht gewesen, was teils nach einem langen Tag anstrengend war, hätte ich 5Sterne gegeben. Die Dachterasse mit den Pool könnte auch mal renoviert werden und gesäubert werden. Der Pool war leider nicht sauber (Fettfilm, Rost und Dreck) Dadurch, dass wir schon andere Erfahrungen im Urlaub gemacht hatten, unsere Ansprüche eh runtergeschraubt hatten, war es für uns in Ordnung. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich, hilfsbefeit und hatte immer ein paar gute Tipps für einen tollen Urlaub. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Direkt an der 5th Av., Oxxo und 7/11 direkt nebenan, Strand in der nähe, Banken und Einkaufszentren gut erreichbar zu Fuß, zum Hafen 25min Fußweg und sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Fazit: das Hotel wäre um vieles besser, wenn die Zimmer sauberer wären, sowie die Annehmlichkeiten wie Dusche, Toilette und Wasserhahn richtig funktionieren würden. Ansonsten war es ein guter Urlaub.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in my life, after one week they kick you out when I reserved the place for longer, no warning, no hot water for the first 5 days, no sleep as well it’s very noisy, false advertisement, I came and bought the master suite with hammock, guess what? No hammock, jacuzzi was cold, jacuzzi jets not working, staff is rude to you, the maids even yell at you, staff rolled their eyes at me, did not make me feel welcomed at all for my birthday trip, this was special and they made it a nightmare, I was even crying on my birthday because of how they treated me, the cold showers were not what I expected, electricity goes out, no WiFi, no ac for hours, dirty floors and moldy showers, I really wanted to have a good time for my birthday but they ruined it, they are mean and rude and I wish what I experienced never happens to others, I was very very disappointed and very sad and will never recommend this place to anyone ever in my life

Limpieza, buen trato del personal. Check in ágil. Habitación amplia, limpia y con A/A, jacuzzy cómodo. Rooftop relajante, buenas bebidas y vista. Detalle que podrian mejorar; la única forma de comunicarte con recepción es a través de WhatsApp nos quedamos atrapados en el elevador y no podriamos llamar, afortunadamente el chico de Ingeniería nos apoyó agilmente ¡gracias!

I really like the hotel, it's a bit in need of repair and refresh especially the roof top pool area. But it wouldn't prevent me from staying there again. Personal is lovely its located in a good area. Loved it

The place needs to be updated for sure. It’s nice because it’s right around the corner from the strip and walking distance of all the restaurants. We got our room upgraded when we got there but it wasn’t great. As soon as we walked in the room the smell of sewage pipes hits you. The curtains were torn lots of holes. The rain shower head most def needs to be changed. The water spits out everywhere but straight down. The tube in the room did not hold the water so a useless “hot tube” in the room. The bartender Danny was great super friendly very talkative! The whats up app is useless they take forever to answer to a message. This was my second time staying here and I def wouldn’t stay here again.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo aqui y en general todo bien con el hotel, el único tema es que si hay que buscar estacionamiento si llevas auto y ponerle al parquimtro de ahi en general todo ok con el hotel, creo que ofrecen buen servicio en tema relación precio
