    Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.

    Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.

    Central to everything you will need while visiting Playa del Carmen, and all within walking distance. Only 5 blocks from the beautiful sandy beaches, 3 blocks to the famous 5th ave, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and grocery stores.

    Reception area and 24 hour security. For safety reasons, after 10pm, only guests registered with the reservation are allowed to enter the condo building. Rooftop closes at 9pm.

    This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located just 5 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks to 5th Avenue, within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The central location makes it convenient for both short and extended stays.

    The building offers excellent amenities, including a rooftop pool with ocean and city views, two jacuzzis (heated on request), a gym, business center, paid laundry on-site, free garage parking, and 24/7 security and reception. Please note that only registered guests are allowed after 10 PM.

    Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The condo features 1 king-size bed and 2 individual beds, air conditioning in both bedrooms, and a Smart TV in each room.

    The living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast 50 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. There is a balcony with furniture, to enjoy a meal or a morning coffee.

    For monthly stays of 28 nights or more. Electricity is charged separately as a flat fee.

    From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you do you have a car, you can use the underground garage parking. Taxi's are also easy to get from this central location by walking one block to the main street.

    There are laundry facilities in the building, they are managed by the building administration, you can purchase coins from the reception desk.

    Rooftop closes at 9pm.

    Electricity is very expensive here, we kindly ask you not to leave the air conditioning on when you’re not home.

Great location, recommend!

This apartment was exactly as described. Easy to find, parking beneath the building at no extra charge and close proximity to ocean, many restaurants and shopping. The building was secure and most of our stay was very quiet. Fresh water for drinking was provided for our stay. Would recommend this apartment for a great stay in playa del Carmen!

Great location and lovely pool

Nice apartment in great location with easy check in. The only down side is there are a lot of rules!! It’s a residential so I can understand why but when on vacation it’s hard to be quiet after 9pm. Ideal for people looking for quiet space

Great host, place, and perfect location!

This two-bedroom property was perfect for me and my friend. The location was fantastic, the amount of space and layout was exactly what we were looking for, the kitchen was well-equipped and functional, the balcony was a bonus, and the rooftop pool was awesome! I also can't say enough about the host. She was friendly, super responsive, and really helpful as was the front desk guy!

Great location , condo could use some improvement

The location was great. Walk to 5th Ave and beach. Lots of restaurants in the area. Walk to grocery store and Walmart. I stayed for one month. Here are my comments Jacqueline ( property manager) was very professional and responsive to every issue I raised. The description of the property was a little off as the building office area was listed as “living space” so I thought there would be a table to work on but there was not. This was an issue as I was working remotely. Internet was great - no issues The condo itself needs quiet a few improvements. - could not read the dials for the oven - fan in bathroom was stuffed with towel and not working - couch is very old and when you sit you sink down very low - all taps were very old and leaky - one toilet was not working but they did replace it while I was there could use some hooks for hanging things Overall. I would stay in the building again but not 307a

We love the fact that everything was very close to the apartment and that it was kept clean and security always available regardless of the time of day. They were also very helpful and respectful, love our apartment it had everything we needed. Thank you

Anah Condominiums

The place was very well maintained and clean with friendly staff. I wish that the roof top jacuzzi had better jets in it though. There was another one on the main level that gave us what we needed anyway.

Clean modern comfortable!

We loved this place. Checking in/out was very easy and quick ! The balcony was really nice. Each morning we would open fully open the huge sliding door and the fresh morning warm air felt very inviting. Kitchen was fully stocked. The complex was easy to navigate around, staff was very friendly. Having a safe place to park our car was really nice also. The condo was clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool. Didn't know that they close the pool at 8pm though. We love night swimming so that stunk but they were cool about it. Just told us to be quiet. Also, their was no ironing board in condo FYI . But these are minor complaints. Overall we had a terrific experience and would love to come back !

Loved it!

We had such a great time at this condo. The place was beautiful, the pool and poolside bar were amazing and the staff were so helpful. They also kept the grounds so pristine and were constantly cleaning. Agustin was great throughout the whole process, and gave us lots of helpful information. The location was also perfect. Just far enough away from 5th that you don't have to worry about noise, but close enough that you can walk there multiple times a day and it's not a big deal. It was also super handy to have the walmart and oxxo so close by. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful condo. Brand new!

We spent three weeks at Anah .the condo is beautiful and new. The owner Augustin was very helpful. His arrival package of information contained many useful tips to make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop pool is amazing! The condo has wifi so it was easy to contact the owner by email if we needed anything. He always answered very promptly.You can walk to the Mega grocery store,a block and a half away. The walmart is also within walking distance. Only a three block walk to all the action on fifth avenue, but far enough away to be very quiet. Everything was so clean and beautiful! We had a lovely terrace to enjoy the morning sun,or eat outside. We would love to come again ! There is so much to do in the area and everything is so close by.We had an awesome time!

Anah is a wonderful place to relax!

Anah is a little slice of heaven in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The building is complete on the outside, and there are some units that are having the finishing touches done to the inside. There is virtually no noise from the work going on inside. The only noise you will encounter is street noise whenever you are outside. The location is close enough to the beach and downtown to access restaurants, beaches, and nightlife, and far enough away from the hustle and bustle at night. Supplies are close by at the Mega, Walmart, Dac's, and several boutique bakeries and deli's. The bus station is a block away, and Anah's central location allows most Playa del Carmen attractions to be within walking distance. The unit is extremely clean and well furnished. There is an air conditioner each of the main rooms. There is a washer/dryer unit available on each floor in a room near the elevator. The owner is available through phone or email and responds promptly to any issues or requests. Las Flores representatives are extremely helpful and courteous. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely return to this property again.
