Nice apartment very close to the beach

Very clean, nice, modern, beautiful view also the pool at the roof is really nice, a block from the beach and couple of blocks from nice restaurants without being near loud noise

Great Value, Solid Location

Over all we had a good experience with this apartment. Plenty of space, clean with a modern esthetic. Rooftop pool and bar were beautiful. The price was unbeatable and we would stay here again. Area for improvements: Home could use additional bath towels. Adding an iron and a trash can for each bathroom would also be great.

Nice but not perfect!

It was a nice place to stay in PDC. Close to water and beautiful 38th St. Loud in middle of night at times. Water to Apt was turned off the last day/night of our stay. Difficult to communicate with property owner. They never responded to the issue about water.

The beds were very good. The ac and WiFi didn’t always work. Is like 6 flights of stairs when the elevator isn’t working and apparently that happens lots.

Great place

Beautiful location, close to the beach and downtown area. The apartment is very comfortable and has almost everything you need, even in the kitchen. The wifi is very poor, so not recommended if you need to work while there. Rooftop pool and bar amazing, good food and drinks cheaper than anywhere else around, and the staff very friendly.Playa Pelicanos is the closest but it smells really bad everyday, all day (and not because of the sargassum). It's better to walk 5 more min on the beach to the one beside.
