「The apartment was great, very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the shower knobs did not work and we had no hot water.」

「We stayed on a short family trip for two nights and the first day it was good. The second day the property had utilities issues that were not resolved. There was no water at all. Contacted the administalration but they were not usefull in resolving the issue. Instead we got blamed for not reporting right away. This reflects a lack of empaty for the guest, when one travel for vacation no one should be concerned about the property but rather to enjoy. 」

「La gerente es super amable! Estoy encantada con todo el servicio, pero desde primera estancia la Srita te hace sentir muy comoda y sobre todo es muy atenta. Al igual que todos los empleados, el lugar es bonito, siempre esta limpio y todo funciona perfectamente. Volveré nuevamente. Gracias por todo」

「My stay at Hotel Raíces de Mar completely met my expectations for a boutique hotel right in the Plazuela Machada. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was perfect! The small soaking pool was refreshing and I enjoyed exploring el Centro from the doorstep.」

「Was looking for a nice culture look place to stay in el centro. This place was amazing. Love the architecture, the greenery, the views and the pool. 100 percent recommended. Would definitely come back.」

「This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. My wife and I stayed here and we will be coming back soon because we loved it so much.」
