"villa in a great location with a lovely scenic walk to Moraira itself.Our host Paula was very helpful and available to answer any questions.The villa was very well equipped and we enjoyed our 3 week stay here with our collie Bertie.Would definately stay here again. El Portet beach was 10 mins walk away and we spent many times enjoying a coffee, lunch or an early evening drink at the small chiringuito."

"The views are stunning from the villa and the pool, a real treat! The style is traditional but of good quality. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The communal eating areas are ideal for family gatherings and you can easily share time together inside or out. All bathrooms are clean with good hot showers. The access to the beach is really nice and its easy to pop down to the beach and have breakfast, lunch or sunset drinks! It would probably help to have a few more intrustions along with the property and its lighting and facilities but we muddled through. The pool was cold but clean and was a great sunbathing alternative to the beach. The company who manage the property are responsive and helpful too, sorting out a couple of maintenance issues straight away. The outdoor space and garden is lovely with great planting and colour but the bbqs were small and not in the best condition and we weren't tempted to use them but would have. We didnt cook inside, or use Tvs, only cold tapas and sunsets for us so cannot comment on kitchen facilities. All in all, a lovely, villa, stunning views and sunsets and a gorgeous space with accomadating hosts We would highly recommended."

"Amazing villa, in a great location, 2 minutes from the beach. There’s a small supermarket within a couple of minutes walk but only with very basic supplies - no meat or veg but great for fresh bread and croissants. It’s a 20 minute walk into Moriara where there are lovely restaurants and bars and a larger supermarket. Travelled with a family group including young children - the villa was perfect for them. "

"Great apartment, modern, immaculately clean and well equipped with fantastic views. Comfortable beds and good quality furnishings.Underground parking is tight and not for the feint hearted with a larger car.Wonderful host who dealt with some initial niggles with professionalism and good humour. "We enjoyed our stay. Great location, 5 mins from everything you need. Quiet at night, swimming pool was a bonus. Only slight problem was accessing the main building. Either the door locks or the key wasn't working correctly and we had to fiddle around for a few minutes to get inside."

"Lovely villa with plenty of rooms. Spent most of our time in the outdoor area. Bernard and Therese were fantastic hosts.10 minutes walk to El Portet beach which is beautiful. Take your own parasol and get there early as it’s very busy.We’ve been to Moraira a few times and the location of this villa has been the most convenient. You can walk into town, slightly uphill on the way back.We had a fab time at this villa. The outdoor area and location are great. Pool was larger than expected too."
