“Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and clean room. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was quiet and overall an authentic and 5 star experience. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.”

“Although not particularly fancy, the hotel is quite nice but most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 5 night solo stay very much as Famara beach is only 15 mins drive, if you’re into surfing.”

“Nos alojamos en la suite 5 y nos encantó: es muy amplia, luminosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Además, tiene acceso directo a la piscina. La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo. La ubicación……

“在Lanzarote島體驗舒適的住宿，飯店的管理人非常親切友善，讓人在此住宿有家的感覺，雖然有些小部分不盡理想，但飯店願意協助我們改善舒適的住宿環境，這是萬分感激的地方。早餐也很豐盛。雖然這趟旅程遇到狂風、沙塵暴，無法在泳池欣賞美麗的夕陽景致，如果還有機會希望天氣美好時再去住宿一次。”

“Hotel foyer was attractive & staff welcomed us with refreshments. Room was spacious & had amazing views.. Had dinner in Blue on 17th floor which was delicious & also had stunning views. Breakfast buffet was varied & continuously topped up. We only stayed one night on our way south but hotel is in a gorgeous position & we had a very pleasant stay. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was we had no internet in our room the following morning & had to sit downstairs in foyer to receive a signal.”

“Das Zimmer war super groß und man hatte genug Platz für die Koffer. Auch das Bett war riesig. Es gab einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Zimmer war zur Straße raus, wenn man die Balkontür geschlossen hat, hat von draußen nichts mehr mitbekommen. Lichtdichte Vorhänge gab es ebenfalls. Badezimmer mit Fenster. Der Safe war inklusive. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker. 500m entfernt gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich schnell um die Anliegen……

“Sehr gut organisierte Anlage, sehr sehr sauber und man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen! Die Lange ist absolut perfekt: ein Paar Schritte zum Strand und in der andere Richtung sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants.; trotzdem sehr ruhig und findet man leicht einen Parkplatz ”

“La habitacion dejaba mucho que desear. Las puertas y paredes parecian de papel, se oia todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo y en habitaciones cercanas, lo cual hacia muy dificil el descanso. Dejaron solamente dos toallas (ni toalla de mano ni alfombra) y solamente un rollo de papel para 4 dias… Por parte del personal de recepcion habia siempre bastante desinteres, parecia que estaban en su casa con amigos y familiares haciendo sus cosas y con cero interes en los huéspedes. Desde luego no repetiria.……

“Hôtel très grand,trop grand pour nous,très impersonnel, repas correct mais salle très bruyante,la nourriture était bien et varié.Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées on entend les voisins parler marcher.Nous cherchions un hôtel plus tranquille .”

“We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from……
