Hortencia and Nehrehda made everything special, cooking our meals (some of the best food I've ever had) and making us feel at home. I cannot say enough good things about this home and host. "Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms in another section section of the resort have them. Even after a partial adjustment through Expedia, the value was not there. The main pool shows visible wear, and overall upkeep does not reflect a luxury rate. Concierge service lacked initiative. When restaurants were full, we had to prompt alternatives. There was also confusion about what our stay included, despite the high rate, it covered no meals or experiences, only the room and a golf cart. Dining was good overall. Breakfast at Lago stood out thanks to Jael, who delivered the only truly five-star service we experienced. The property and golf course are beautiful, but service precision, clarity, and overall value fall short of true luxury standards. "

She went out of her way and helped us with restaurant reservations, golf cart rentals. etc. from the house minitas Beach Is a 5 minute walk.. its location is perfect.. the house is beautiful and the decoration is exactly our style.. loved it. "Visited with a mixed group of friends and couples and the layout worked perfectly for us. The staff was attentive and easy to coordinate meals at the villa. Location was right near the beach. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Casa de Campo!! "

"We were a group of 8 and loved our stay. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It’s also located within walking distance to Minitas. What really stood out was the service. Carlos was so attentive and responsive to our needs. The house staff was also delightful and made us a wonderful dinner one night and took care of everything we needed. Can’t wait to be back. "
