「Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr erholsam. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ruhigen, geräumigen Suiten mit wunderschönem Meerblick – ideal zum Abschalten. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Allerdings merkt man dem Hotel an einigen Stellen an, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, insbesondere bei den Matratzen, die nicht mehr ganz dem heutigen Komfort entsprechen. The place was clean, with only a few minor issues, such as a leaking shower cabin and plastic covering on the mattress, which made the nights overheate. Overall, it was excellent value for money. The location was close to the beach and transport links. It was quiet, and the staff were friendly.」

「Great location in Puerto Rico, down 182 steps to the main shopping centre with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Great sized pool, although wasn’t heated so in April was freezing cold! Decent pool bar, although food a little expensive for the portion sizes and quality. Great apartment with all the things you need, clean and decent sized balcony with great views. 「Had several stays here now & choose it as it’s in the perfect location for us. We choose the sumsuites section as it has good views over Puerto Rico but is still really handy to get to the bottom to amenities. The balconies are fabulous if like is you spend a lot of time on there, they get the sun from early on, unlike accommodation at the other bottom side of the hill. They are starting to look a little tired in places, such as the fake grass & the fridges, some of the sunbeds, but everything...

「Bed bugs we both had several bites next morning , sand in the bed, hairs, several roaches in the bedroom. I explain to the manager and he prooceed to ask me how big were they instead of adressing the situation. Stay away from this place!!!」

「This was a great property! The staff is really friendly and really helped us out. Especially after I had left some valuable stuff in the room when we were rushing out trying to catch our flight. I called when we got back to Madrid and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in locating our missing items and coordinating their return to us. Would definitely recommend staying at this resort. It is really centrally located in Mogan.」
