「La cocina totalmente equipada excelente Es un chapoteadero con una tina en la terraza del lugar, está limpia solo que tiene cristales como barda y están muy opacos lo que no permite disfrutar la vista a la playa La habitación que me asignaron en planta baja con el ruido de la bomba de agua era muy molesta para conciliar el sueño , en limpieza y camas 10」

「Me gustó que está a pie de playa, que te incluye desayuno y comida, aunque no hay mucha variedad en desayunos, casi siempre es lo mismo y te sirven muy pero muy poquito. Deberían de tener más variedad y que uno se pudiera servir. Que incluyera las bebidas aunque aumentaran la tarifa del hotel, ya que las bebidas que pides que no sean en el restaurante tienen costo extra, peor en general todo bien」

「Rooms were not cleaned once during our five day stay. I had requested a lower floor due to disabilities and was put on the 4th floor, no elevators. When questioned the staff replied that requests are suggestions only, they don't have to accomodate, and wouldn't. Parking was extremely limited, our car was blocked in and we did not have access to it for the first 3 days there. I would not recommend this hotel」

「The room is big and the windows view is perfect. The facilities are quite new, but not in a very good quality. On the roof, there is construction going on that cause the noise is the worst part. But the overall experience is still good.」

El acceso: yo fui el fin de semana de pascua y estaban arreglando, para acceder estaba muy complicado porque si no era en auto, tenías que caminar bastante. La sugerencia es que pregunten por dónde pueden entrar, porque cuando llegue, la entrada principal estaba cerrada y debíamos rodear; aunado a que como están arreglando, los taxis ya no quieren ir para allá porque los autos se...

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. 」
