“Gorgeous property, excellent restaurant, service needs work. We stayed here for our honeymoon/anniversary. The property is gorgeous, and our suite was even nicer than expected with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Check-in was easy and the staff member showed us to our room and helped with luggage. The restaurant is really delicious (breakfast, particularly) and the service there is excellent. Of the amenities, we only used the pool, and it is lovely, with a slight view of the ocean. On the……

“We had a lovely stay at the Zoa in July 2026. Positives: wonderful views, our room was spotless, and we had fantastic service from staff who were friendly and always happy to facilitate requests, including making reservations for dinner at local venues and organising transport and arranging for World Cup games to be screened. Special thanks to Jose, Marco and Salomon. Negatives: in a 5 star hotel it would be good to have a selection of wines available by the glass. Bottles of wine were good……
