「Very nice property overall! The interior was very clean and as described, matching what was in the pictures. The dining area in the back yard with firepit and hot tub was just lovely, and we wished we could have enjoyed them more.Extra towels for the beach!We also really enjoyed the air conditioning as it made it just that much more comfortable inside.Had a couple issues, first being that I was sent two different PDF's from the host, with an admonition to "read all the documents" which I did....

「Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good.
The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again」

「* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again.
* We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...
