「* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again.

「The perfect location for our stay in and around Venice/Santa Monica. The communication with Franco and Iris was suburb. We felt extremely welcomed. Street parking was never an issue. The condo was clean, bright and spacious. The backyard is awesome. So relaxing. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but will next time. 「Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.」
