It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. 「The property is located in a steep hill, which I have to say makes it more quiet, but it was difficult for Taxis and cars to get there. Beside sthis, the place is perfect. Staff is super nice and are always willing to help you with anything and everything. They only serve breakfast wich is super nice and delicious, healthy options and very complete. Less than a block away is this perfect little restaurant called New Garden. I tried almost every meal in the menu and I super recommend it for lunch...
