「Tiene ya sus años pero lo han mantenido en forma. La zona nueva está muy bien las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Un poco caro el restaurante y cobran estacionamiento.」

「When I arrived hotel at evening the reception staff told me I have breakfast included in the rates but this morning I had breakfast I asked by hotel need to pay. I know my breakfast do not included in the rate so when I heard the check in staff said so I thought because I am gold member so they give me some benefit. I told the manager it is their staff mistake but they just want me to pay, in addition, my room also located in a very bad floor which is near machine so I heard noise whole night....

「Le falta mantenimiento a cosas simples como el mobiliario y las puertas. Nunca me cambiaron toallas y el baño solo lo limpiaron al llegar, en mis 4 noches, no lo volvieron a lavar. 」

「Todo excelente, la comida deliciosa, las habitaciones y atención del personal. Solo el elevador necesita servicio o reparación, hubo un día en que no funcionaron ambos elevadores. Pero por lo demás todo excelente」

「Está en remodelación. con más de 15 días solicitamos una habitación para personas con discapacidad y nos dieron una normal, por qué la otra la habían dado.. el personal súper amable nos ayudaron a solucionar el problema, pero ellos felicidades! Pero fue un error que causó muchas incomodidades」

「The hotel is in a very good location near the cathedral. The facility is new and staff service is very good. This is the first hotel I am satisfied in Mexico during my one week travel which among all the hotels I been booked four points of Sheraton by Marriott and Ibis from Accor hotels. Those big international chain group service all can not compared with this one. This is value for money hotel. Highly recommended. 」
