The details in the room and bathroom and even in the shared spaces were excellent. The cleaning staff were so kind and attentive. Even the host was very communicative and super helpful. Location is great. We walked to the Centro and saw so much of Puebla along the way. ”

“Great location. Nice room and restroom. Was woken up one night at 11:30 by some staff were spraying something with a very loud machine. Hotel was pretty empty when we were there but could see if being noisy if they were busy.”
