“There just are not enough stars available to accurately rate how wonderful this property is. Very good location in Santa Ana, close to stores, restaurants etc, about 20 minutes to airport. Pool was lovely, sunset views from the fire pit are amazing. Laundry is on premises and the staff was friendly and able to answer my questions in English and understand my broken Spanish. If I had to find anything to pass a judgment it was reserving the grill. We wanted to use the grill at 530 and was told we……

“I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.”

One hope would be that coffee be offered at or before 7:00 a.m. as I'm an early waker. The only possible coffee option is McDonald's a walk away. this was the only issue, but not a big one at all.
