「We stayed on the third floor with a balcony and the room had a a kitchen (though we did not need to use it). Bed was comfortable, clean bathroom. Staff members, Mari and I believe, Concetta was her name, were extremely helpful. They assisted us with our restaurant reservation and arranged for our taxi to the train station. 「Excellent hotel. Easy to find and he’s temporary check in parking out front. Underground parking is good. Staff are very helpful and professional. Rooms are exceptional with comfortable beds, large rooms and small fridge. There are some bars around the area but taxis are accessible out front to take us to the old city. 「The room was clean and well appointed. Perfect and comfortable.The Orange and Cedarwood shower gel was a great touch. I planned on visiting in august, plans changed but this hotel still appealed. 「The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. 」
