「The staff were kind and helpful. The hostel has beautiful murals. Rooms clean and spacious. Fyi, they speak Spanish only but we did fine with only knowing a little of the language.」

「they made an exception for an extremely late arrival, it was smooth. Beautiful place. 」

「No hot water for shower.! Also I pay all charge in hotels.com. But the hotel guy still charge $20 USD for service. I ask what's service, and he can not answer. even do not want to offer invoice for this ridiculous charge.」

「We spent three nights in this hotel and we are very happy with the service. We don't speak spanish and the staff here is very kind to organize transportation for us. Definitely recommend it to any budget traveler. The only bad thing is the noise from next door (their sound insulation isn't very good).」
