“The house was varry clean and had all we need to make it feel like home away from home. My kids loved it, and so did are dog. The yard was fully fenced in so my dog could run around and play. Jessica was verry nice and under standing, and she alwas got back to me if i had any questions. We had a great time very much recommended, we are hoping to stay there again sometime.”

“Matt was a great host! He gave great directions to get to the property and how to checkin and out. The house is beautiful! It was a short drive to the fairgrounds and was great for multiple families to stay in, definitely beats a hotel. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor seating due to frigid temps and a snow storm, but it looked like a great place to hang out when the weather is nice. I would highly recommend and we would stay here again!”

“Filthiest place, not cleaned, no clean sheets, 4 towels in one bathroom no towels in the other. Dirty towels stuck to the floor behind the bathroom door. Floors were filthy not vacuumed at all in who knows how long. Sticky floors in the kitchen,food stuck to the stove, so awful! Food and dog poop under the beds.And to top it all off.. No batteries in the TV remote. I called and the owners told me they would send cleaning crew they vacuumed 1 room and removed the debris and poop from under bed……

“For any events or activities at Drake University, this location is perfect. We rented it for my daughter‘s graduation from Drake and it was super convenient to walk to the Knapp center. The hosts are fantastic and the house is set up very nicely as a rental property. There are clear instructions everywhere. The house is very nice and has ample bedrooms for larger groups. “Location was good. Looks to be an up-and-coming area. A little bit of a hike, but walkable to downtown. Check-in was easy however there was no parking pass or fob as promised. We had to find street parking. We were told they could drop off a parking pass, but not until the day we were checking out. After the first night, our door code was disabled and we were locked out. Luckily there was quick communication with the host and they were able to remotely reset the code. Blinds on patio door didn’t……
