The staff was very nice and always friendly. Alexis checked us in a day earlier then when we were to arrive and was very helpful and such a great peraon to talk to. The property is always nice and clean and is close to and Outlet mall which makes it fun to goto and shop.

Staff was great. Bathroom in the room needed some deep cleaning and wall paper repair. There was mold around the wall mounted soap dispenser and along the bottom of the shower door area. The corners of the wall paper where the shower pan meets the wall was pealing due to water damage. Shower door was broken and wouldn’t close properly. The shower door ceiling mount was also ripping out of the Sheetrock. Bedding comforter was very thin and I got a little chilly at night.

The property was clean, near highway, and shopping center. The pool was much smaller than expected, continental breakfast was mediocre, and bed was hard. Overall, decent place to stay.

Three stars is a perfectly acceptable rating. Thus hotel met our needs, the staff were perfectly welcoming and hospitable. The mattresses felt nice enough, but my partner and i found ourselves waking throughout the night due to discomfort. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice modern hotel with poor security control

The hotel is clean and modern. Very nice staff. There were people hanging out and being very loud outside my window past midnight, which made sleeping difficult. There were many trucks parked outside in back of the hotel, so I don't think they were even guests. Just using the outside pool area as a public park.
