“The receptionist greeted us w a smile and was very welcoming. Checkin was quick and easy. Our room was great. Mini fridge a huge plus. Beds were comfortable w plenty of pillows. AC worked great. Breakfast had lots of options. One thing to note: NO ELEVATOR- not an issue for us but it could be for some. Would stay here again. ”

“We liked that it was ten minutes or less from the Opry House. Check in was quick and easy even though we arrived two hours before the listed check in time. The room was nice and accommodating for our one night stay. The only problem was the limited parking spaces. We drive a large GMC Sierra that needs more space to get in and out and it just wasn’t available. Nobody told us if there was any other parking available so when we came back from the Opry and found all spaces taken, we took a space in……

“This is an excellent hotel if you want an easier and less crowded area to stay. The room was clean, parking was free, great, full breakfast and very comfortable beds. There is a shuttle every hour that can save you the hassle of parking in the downtown area.”

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation!
